Creative Resilience Studio helps people turn ideas, systems, and big questions into tools, learning experiences, and practical next steps. Human expertise first. Technology in service of the work.
About
I am Stacy Garcia. I work where education, human development, creativity, and technology overlap. I like complicated problems, especially the ones that look messy at first. My work is to untangle them, shape them into something clear, and build the thing that helps.
That might be a course, a framework, a prototype, a workshop, a set of resources, or a better way to think through a decision.
Clear thinking, thoughtful design, and a little curiosity go a long way.
What I do
Project-based support for teams and organizations working through a complex problem, a new program, or a design challenge.
One-on-one thinking partnership for adults with creative, professional, or personal development goals.
Self-paced courses and live sessions that make complicated topics practical and easy to use.
Prototypes, tools, and experiments that put technology to work for real people, with human judgment steering.
Compact, ready-to-use bundles of prompts, frameworks, and activities for a focused purpose.
Free and low-cost tools, templates, and guides you can pick up and use right away.
Choosing a path
For individuals who want a thinking partner. Together we clarify goals, test ideas, and plan practical next steps.
For schools, programs, and teams working on something bigger. We map the situation, then design the approach.
Coaching and consultation are educational and professional services. They are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services, and they do not create a therapist-client relationship. Services at Creative Resilience Studio are separate from counseling services offered by Stacy Garcia, MA, LPC, NCC.
Things I've built
A look at the kinds of things that come out of this work. Case studies are being added as projects are ready to share.
A free activity library for adults who mentor children and teens. Live now.
Small interactive tools built to test an idea quickly with real people.
Structures that turn expert knowledge into steps people can follow.
Prompts, cards, and guides that make hard topics easier to start.
The process
We start with listening. What is the goal, who is it for, and what is getting in the way?
We break the big question into parts, find what matters most, and name what is still unknown.
We shape a first version: a plan, a prototype, a lesson, or a tool.
We try it with real people, notice what works, and improve it.
